Posture Pro
What is the difference in the colours?
There is no difference in the product design for each colour, it’s just a personal preference on which colour you’d prefer.
What is the groove in the middle for?
The Posture Pro is a back roller so the groove in the middle is for the spine so the roller can move comfortably without pressure on the spine.
Why has it got dimples?
The dimples allow for more surface area on the muscles and a gentle pressure point massage.
Why is there a hole through the middle?
Sliding a wood dowel through the hole turns this product into a hand-held roller, perfect for professional use.
Where else can I use the Posture Pro?
The Posture Pro is a product designed to be used predominantly the thoracic to assist with back concerns. If you are looking for a lower body roller to use on calves, for example, we suggest the Footeez.
FOOTEEZ
Why is it shaped like that?
The concave shape allows for a more comfortable and muscle-hugging use. It also allows for more surface area to target muscles.
Why has it got dimples?
The dimples allow for more surface area on the muscles and a gentle pressure point massage.
Why is there a hole through the middle?
Sliding a wood dowel through the hole turns this product into a hand-held roller, perfect for professional use.
FOAM ROLLER
Why are there two sizes?
The larger size is a standard foam roller you are likely used to, while the smaller size can be a more targeted trigger. The smaller size is also perfect for travel.
POCKET PHYSIO ROCKET
Why is it shaped like that?
The Pocket Physio Rocket is designed to reach hard-to-reach muscles. When used against a wall, the longer shape can trigger muscles that would otherwise be unreachable with a smaller trigger point.
POCKET PHYSIO MAX
Should I Choose the Pocket Physio Max or Pocket Physio?
That depends on what you are intending on using it for.
The Max is best used while lying on the ground or against a wall. It is generally more beneficial for larger muscle groups, predominantly in the lower body.
The Mini mimics a physio’s thumb. The benefit comes from holding the product in your hands and applying pressure to the affected area. This is generally used in upper body muscles.
Why is there a groove in the middle?
Using the split end allows for triggering in two areas. If the product is used on the back, the groove allows room for the spine and ensures there’s no spinal pressure.
POCKET PHYSIO MINI
Should I Choose the Pocket Physio or Pocket Physio Max?

The Max is best used while lying on the ground or against a wall. It is generally more beneficial for larger muscle groups, predominantly in the lower body.
The Mini mimics a physio’s thumb. The benefit comes from holding the product in your hands and applying pressure to the affected area. This is generally used in upper body muscles.

LACROSSE MASSAGE BALL
Why should I use the Lacrosse Ball over the other trigger products?
Unlike the other trigger products, the Lacrosse Massage Ball is a rolling product, for generally massaging, not specific trigger points.
STRETCH BANDS
Which size should I pick?
The sizes of the bands depend on height and flexibility. The red band is the shortest and is generally best for shorter people/teenagers or very flexible people.
As a general rule, if you can loop it around your body, put the band against your foot and straighten your leg and knee right up, it is the right size. We find that the blue size is right for most people.
How/ why should I use the Stretch Bands?
The Stretch Bands are designed to improve flexibility. While lying down, loop the band around the body and have it around the hip area. Then put your foot against the inside of the band, and stretch upwards and to the side. You should feel a stretch in the calves and hamstrings.
If you’re looking for bands to improve strength rather than flexibility, try the Power Bands.
POWER BANDS
What is the difference between the colours?
The different sizes represent different levels of tension. The red band is the thinnest and has the lowest level of tension, increasing in tension to the green band. Which band is right for you is less about the size of the person, and more about how you intend on using it.
How/ why should I use the Power Bands?
The Power Bands are designed to improve strength and mobility. They can be used a range of ways, including fixed to a pole and pulled against.
If you’re looking for bands to improve flexibility rather than strength, try the Stretch Bands.
THORACIC WEDGE
What is the difference between the Thoracic Wedge and the Posture Pro?
While both products target similar muscles, the Thoracic Wedge is not a rolling product, instead, stays stationary. It is a tool that works to improve mobility in the upper back.
What is the groove in the middle for?
The Thoracic Wedge is a back tool so the groove in the middle is for the spine so there is no pressure on the spine while in use.
ALL ICE MATE PRODUCTS
How do I use the Ice Mate Products
Simply untwist the opening, fill with ice, and hold against the injury for relief. They are great for keeping in your first aid kit and are completely reusable.
What is the difference between the types of Ice Mates?
The classic Ice Mate is a simple ice pack in our largest size. The Ice Mate contains a 9 inch ice bag and includes a compression wrap with extension strap to allow it to be used on all body parts.
The Ice Mate Pro includes two ice packs (in a slightly smaller size than the Ice Mate) and a compression wrap with extension strap to allow it to be used on all body parts, with spots for two Ice Mates.
The Ice Mate Mini is perfect for smaller areas (such as the jaw or fingers) or for kids.
